Red Bull Music Studios Cape Town

Established in 2008 and nestled in the heart of the mother city, the Red Bull Music Studios Cape Town aims to be a platform for growth in the vibrant local music scene. A musicians dream, the studio features the latest digital music technology, quality recording equipment as well as a choice selection of vintage analogue gear. Comprised of a main recording studio with an adjacent live room as well as a smaller studio with attached vocal booth, the space provides up and coming as well as established artists the opportunity to bring their ideas to life.

Control Room

Centered around a Solid State Logic AW924 Console as the heart of the main Studio, the control room is a comfortable space for tracking, producing, mixing and on many occasion a space to unwind and get loose (just no drinks near the SSL!)

Swing the DJ booth in front of the couch, put a bar in the corner and turn the lights down low and the space becomes a great place for art exhibitions, live music shows and straight up parties for around 100 people.
